Laura Lopez to Moderate OCBA Webinar on Tele-Healthcare Law

Orange County, Calif. (November 7, 2023) – Orange County Associate Laura Lopez will moderate a session on the virtual healthcare landscape at an upcoming Orange County Bar Association (OCBA) Health Care Law Section Meeting webinar on November 16 at 11:30 a.m. PT. 

In this informative 60-minute session featuring Michael S. Winsten (Winsten Law Group), titled "Virtual Healthcare’s Evolving Legal Landscape After The Covid-19 Pandemic," attendees will learn about how legislative bodies and healthcare agencies went into high gear after the COVID-19 pandemic, promulgating new laws and regulations needed to regulate and facilitate virtual healthcare services. This program will survey this legal evolution and outline the current state of healthcare laws regulating both the intra-state and inter-state delivery of virtual healthcare services. CLE credits are available.
