Northwest Indiana Team to Present at ICLEF Worker’s Compensation Institute

Indianapolis, Ind. (October 5, 2023) – Northwest Indiana Partner Tricia Bellich and Associate Marisa Lareau will speak at the upcoming Worker’s Compensation Institute, hosted at the Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum (ICLEF) Conference Facility in Indianapolis on November 8 at 11:15 a.m. ET. This event is available as a live webcast and live in-person.

Ms. Bellich and Ms. Lareau will present an 60-minute informative session, titled “Light Duty Work Trends, Reasonable Refusal of Light Duty, What is Reasonable.” CLE credits are available.

Ms. Bellich is a member of the Workers' Compensation and General Liability Practices. She has a national presence in the field of Worker's Compensation serving as a trainer, speaker, and mentor for numerous individuals in this practice area. She uses her business acumen to counsel smaller local companies to large corporations on best practices in claims management, return to work issues and the importance of an inclusive, positive culture in the workplace.

Ms. Lareau is a member of the General Liability Practice. Ms. Lareau began her legal career at an Indiana-based law firm, where she clerked throughout law school before becoming an associate. As an associate, she primarily practiced medical malpractice defense.
