John Fleming is an associate in the New York office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability Practice.

Upon graduation from high school, John pursued his legal education in the United Kingdom, where he was awarded an LLB from London South Bank University and completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Westminster. Thereafter, John completed a M.A. in Security & Diplomacy at Tel Aviv University, Israel.

Having passed the bar exam in New York upon his return to the United States, John worked as an Assistant District Attorney in New York state and prior to joining Lewis Brisbois worked as in-house counsel.

John has received professional training in data privacy through the International Association of Privacy Professionals and has been awarded certifications as a Certified Information Privacy Professional for the US (CIPP/US), Europe (CIPP/E), and as a Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM).
