Cameron Kalunian to Speak at West Coast Casualty Construction Defect Seminar

Los Angeles Partner and Vice Chair of the Construction Practice Group Cameron M. Kalunian will speak at the 29th Annual West Coast Casualty Construction Defect Seminar, hosted at the Disneyland Resort Hotel in Anaheim on May 19 at 9:30 a.m. PT.

Los Angeles, Calif. (May 15, 2023) – Los Angeles Partner and Vice Chair of the Construction Practice Group Cameron M. Kalunian will speak at the 29th Annual West Coast Casualty Construction Defect Seminar, hosted at the Disneyland Resort Hotel in Anaheim on May 19 at 9:30 a.m. PT.

In an informative 60-minute session, titled “The Bigger They Are, The Harder They Fall – analysis of new and emerging risks in large scale construction projects," Mr. Kalunian and his co-panelists will discuss risks that are unique to large scale construction projects, and analyze liability policy language relevant to adjusting these emerging risks. They will also explore how courts may resolve coverage disputes involving these issues, and proactive strategies for litigating disputes involving these projects – including discussion of the unique aspects of expert discovery and mediation in these types of claims. 

Mr. Kalunian is a member of the Complex Litigation Practice. His practice focuses on multi-party litigation in a wide variety of cases involving claims related to breach of contract, fraud, unfair business practices, real estate, construction defect disputes, and various tort claims. Additionally, he has served as litigation counsel for both Fortune 500 companies and small businesses in matters involving intellectual property, employment, real estate, financial institutions, and environmental claims.
