Ashley Rodgers to Present on DEI Panel at ACBA Bench-Bar Conference

Pittsburgh, Penn. (May 9, 2023) – Pittsburgh Partner Ashley N. Rodgers will present on diversity in the legal profession at the Allegheny County Bar Association (ACBA) Bench-Bar Conference, hosted at Seven Springs Mountain Resort on June 15 at 3:15 p.m.

In this informative CLE session, titled “Diversity and Inclusion in the Modern Legal Workplace,” Ms. Rodgers and her co-panelists will use an intersectional approach to discuss the importance of communication for a more inclusive work environment, with a focus on disabilities. This presentation will provide key insights on increasing cultural literacy around the impact of implicit bias, and awareness of the nuances of language in creating a sense of belonging in workspace.

Ms. Rodgers is a member of the Professional Liability, Healthcare, Asbestos Litigation, and General Liability Practices. She represents clients in a wide range of cases, including toxic tort and environmental matters, medical malpractice claims, and employment disputes.
