Our experienced team of employment professionals is located throughout our nationwide footprint and provides clients with immediate and practical guidance from coast to coast.
Based in Lewis Brisbois’ New York office, Elior Shiloh focuses his practice on handling single-party and class employment disputes as well as non-compete, trade secret, and breach of contract matters. He has extensive courtroom experience in federal and state venues, including serving as first chair during trials and arguing complex motions.
Elior maintains a diverse client base, representing public and private companies, directors and officers, not-for-profit organizations, family businesses, athletes, entertainers, and individuals nationwide. In addition to representing these clients zealously in litigation, he serves as a trusted advisor to them, regularly providing guidance on an array of complicated issues and helping them successfully manage high-risk situations.
