Gregory Tumolo to Join Northern Rhode Island Chamber of Commerce HR Roundtable

Providence, R.I. (April 4, 2023) – Providence Partner Gregory Tumolo will join the upcoming Northern Rhode Island Chamber of Commerce HR Roundtable, co-hosted by Lewis Brisbois and the Employers Association of the NorthEast (EANE), at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Rhode Island on April 6 from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. ET.

This in-person training, titled “HR Roundtable: Reasonable Suspicion Training for Managers and Supervisors,” will equip employers and HR professionals with the knowledge and resources needed to effectively tackle substance use issues in the workplace. Mr. Tumolo and his expert co-panelist will discuss the responsibilities of a manager to promote a healthy and safe workplace, how to intervene in instances where there is reasonable suspicion about an employee being “under the influence,” and legal considerations regarding confidentiality.

Mr. Tumolo is a member of Lewis Brisbois' Labor & Employment Practice. He focuses his practice on representing and counseling employer and employee clients in a wide array of labor and employment law matters.
