Webinar Series: Recent Trends in Workplace Violence

Orange County, Calif. (March 28, 2023) – Lewis Brisbois is pleased to present our next webinar of 2023, “Recent Trends in Workplace Violence,” taking place Thursday, April 20 at 9:00 a.m. PT.

Orange County Partner Steven G. Gatley, Boston Partner Kip J. Adams, and New York Partner Alecia Walters-Hinds will present an informative and timely session on the rise of workplace violence. This presentation will provide key insights on preventative solutions, and reducing liability risk for employers, insurance professionals and employers. CLE credits are available.

Mr. Gatley is a vice-chair of Lewis Brisbois’ Labor & Employment Practice and a national co-chair of the OSHA Practice. Mr. Gatley specializes in employment law exclusively representing employers for almost 25 years. His areas of concentration include wrongful termination, sexual harassment, discrimination, and retaliation.

Mr. Adams is a national co-chair of the OSHA Practice. He handles an array of civil litigation matters for clients in Massachusetts, Maine, and New Hampshire state and federal courts. Kip primarily represents businesses, insurance companies, and their insureds in complex products liability, premises liability, toxic tort, asbestos, environmental, professional liability, transportation, and general liability litigation matters.

Ms. Walters-Hinds is a vice-chair of the firm's General Liability Practice. She specializes in handling high exposure and catastrophic injury matters in a range of practice areas, including medical malpractice, toxic tort, construction, transportation, and more. She is also the Immediate Past President of the New York City Chapter of American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA).
