Abigail Van Horn is a litigation associate in the Atlanta office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Complex Business & Commercial Litigation Practice. Abigail graduated from Emory Law School with a Certificate in Transactional Law. 

Prior to joining Lewis Brisbois, Abigail worked for a boutique real estate litigation practice in Atlanta. Abigail has represented clients in disputes related to property ownership, title disputes, lease agreements, construction defects, zoning and land use issues, and landlord-tenant disputes. Abigail’s experience in litigation extends to alternative dispute resolution forms such as mediation and arbitration. She has also been involved in negotiations, drafting and reviewing contracts, and conducting due diligence on real estate transactions. 

Abigail is dedicated to protecting her clients’ interests.
