Seth Friedman to Speak at ABA Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee CLE Seminar

Atlanta, Ga. (February 9, 2023) - Atlanta Partner Seth M. Friedman will speak at the upcoming American Bar Association (ABA) Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee CLE Seminar, hosted at the Loews Ventana Canyon Resort, Tuscon, Arizona on March 4 at 10:45 a.m. MT.

In an informative 60-minute panel titled “Watch for the Turnout! Steering the Train When Double Tracking Additional Insured and Indemnity Agreement Issues,” Mr. Friedman and his expert co-panelists will highlight competing policy obligations under additional insured endorsements and the contractual liability exclusion/ “insured contract” exception, including strategies to ensure a fair recovery for respective insureds. This session will also cover ethical issues that may arise when handling indemnity and additional insured tenders simultaneously. CLE credits are available.

Mr. Friedman is a National Vice-chair of the Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith Litigation Practices. He has extensive experience claim counseling and litigating in a wide variety of insurance coverage areas including general liability, pollution, construction defect, first party property, fidelity, employment, professional liability, errors & omissions, public entity liability, surplus lines, asbestos, and toxic torts.
