New York Partner Karen L. Campbell, Denver Partner Alice Conway Powers, and Las Vegas Managing Partner Josh Cole Aicklen will discuss sexual assault claims, hospitality updates and website ADA issues, and spoliation jurisdictions. This program will be beneficial for professionals who deal with claims related to hospitality and those handling human trafficking matters. CLE credits are available. 

Ms. Campbell is a chair of Lewis Brisbois' General Liability Practice. A trial attorney with 30 years of experience, her practice focuses on defending hotel industry clients against human sex trafficking claims, and litigation under the NY and NJ Child Victims Act.   

Ms. Powers is a member of the Labor & Employment Practice. Her practice focuses on general employment counseling and employment litigation, in both Colorado and California. She has extensive proficiency in meeting clients’ needs in pre-litigation demands, from the administrative arena to state and federal courts.

Mr. Aicklen is chair of Lewis Brisbois’ Hospitality Practice and an ABOTA trial lawyer with almost 30 years of experience in litigating cases in Nevada and California state and federal courts. He practices in the areas of hospitality litigation and works with local and national hospitality clients in all aspects of claims of premises liability, food service and against grocery and retail stores.
