Mary Smigielski to Join ESI Planning Panel at “Ski & CLE” National Labor & Employment Symposium

Chicago, Ill. (January 30, 2023) - Chicago Partner Mary A. Smigielski will present on electronically stored information (ESI) at the National Labor & Employment “Ski & CLE” Symposium, taking place February 5-8 in Park City, Utah at Westgate Park City Resort and Spa.

Ms. Smigielski’s presentation, titled “Latest on ESI Planning and Related Strategies,” will begin at 6:00 p.m. M.T. on Monday, February 6. This symposium will offer an interactive roundtable on employment law from both the plaintiff and defense side of important labor and employment issues. CLE credits are available for attendees. 

Ms. Smigielski is the co-chair of Lewis Brisbois' BIPA Practice, the first in the nation, and head of the firm's Chicago Labor & Employment team. She has been on the cutting edge of BIPA litigation, frequently providing commentary to legal news outlets on the topic. Along with her BIPA work, Ms. Smigielski's practice involves class/collective actions and single-plaintiff employment litigation, administrative charges, nationwide counseling, training, and sensitive workplace investigations, including at the C-Suite level.
