Dana Fox to Join Trial Practice Panel at ASCDC Annual Seminar

Los Angeles, Calif. (January 9, 2022) – Los Angeles Partner Dana Alden Fox will join a panel on trial practice at the upcoming Association of Southern California Defense Counsel (ASCDC) Annual Seminar, hosted at the J.W. Marriott at L.A. Live on February 10.

This informative 75-minute program, titled “When in Trial: The Nuances of Trial Practice,” will begin at 10:45 a.m. PT. The panelists will cover timely topics, including Sanchez objections and when to stipulate, admissibility of felonies/character evidence, and using video depositions during opening and trial. They will also discuss how to request special jury instructions, preserve the record, and use discovery responses.
