Thomas Rantas to Join NJICLE Seminar on Effective Document Retention and Destruction

Newark, N.J. (December 16, 2022) – Newark Partner Thomas G. Rantas will speak at an upcoming New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education (NJICLE) webinar titled “Document Retention and Destruction for Lawyers,” on January 13, at 9:00 a.m. ET.

This informative 2-hour program will feature a panel of experts who will review and evaluate strategies for effective document retention and destruction. Additional topics will include dealing with electronic and paper files, subpoenaed records, and managing records in compliance with Section 404. CLE credits are available.
