Los Angeles Partners Alexis Crump and Cameron Kalunian, and Sacramento Partner Frank Perrott will present on best practices for negotiating, drafting, and ultimately defending construction matters. This program will be beneficial and informative for insurance professionals, developers, architects, and contractors. CLE credits are available.

Ms. Crump is a co-chair of the firm’s Commercial Lending Practice, vice-chair of its Corporate and Italy Practices, and co-chair of the Diversity Equity & Inclusion Committee. She has more than 25 years of experience in private equity, municipal finance, real estate, EB-5 financing, and mergers and acquisitions.

Mr. Kalunian is a vice-chair of the nationwide Construction Practice, and a member of the Complex Litigation Practice. His practice focuses on multi-party litigation in a wide variety of cases involving claims related to breach of contract, fraud, unfair business practices, real estate, construction defect disputes, and various tort claims

Mr. Perrott is a member of the Construction Practice. He specializes in all aspects of construction law, including the negotiation and drafting of contract documents for private and public works, counseling regarding insurance and risk management, and the prosecution and defense of contract, mechanic’s lien, stop payment, and bond claims.

Ms. Holm is co-chair of the firm's Professional Liability Practice, and vice-chair of its Product Liability Practice. Her specialty is Trial Practice in Professional, General, Employment, Transportation and Product Liability matters. She moderates all sessions that are part of this General Webinar series by Lewis Brisbois.
