Los Angeles Partners Steven G. Gatley and Frank Cannizzaro, and Providence Managing Partner Lauren Motola-Davis will present on OSHA and best practices for handling an OSHA claim following a worksite accident. The presenters will cover the initial inspection, discovery, and appealing a citation. This program is a must-attend for general counsel, human resource professionals, and safety personnel in all industries, but especially construction, transportation, healthcare, and manufacturing.

Ms. Motola-Davis is a co-chair of Lewis Brisbois' Workers’ Compensation Practice. She has decades of trial practice and civil litigation experience representing insurance companies, insureds, and self-insureds in a broad range of subject matters including admiralty, employment discrimination, personal injury, and workers’ compensation matters.

Mr. Gatley is a vice-chair of Lewis Brisbois’ Labor & Employment Practice and national chair of the OSHA Practice. Mr. Gatley specializes in employment law exclusively representing employers for almost 25 years. His areas of concentration include wrongful termination, sexual harassment, discrimination, and retaliation.

Mr. Cannizzarro is a co-chair of Lewis Brisbois’ Workers’ Compensation Practice, with extensive experience in insurance coverage, employment matters, and subrogation.

Ms. Holm is co-chair of the firm's Professional Liability Practice, and vice-chair of its Product Liability Practice. Her specialty is Trial Practice in Professional, General, Employment, Transportation and Product Liability matters. She moderates all sessions that are part of this General Webinar series by Lewis Brisbois.
