Los Angeles Partner Dana Fox and New York Administrative Partner Alan Kaminsky (Co-Chairs of the firm’s General Liability practice) will discuss jury selection, and provide strategies on identifying and preventing potential nuclear verdicts. Moderated by New York Partner Alecia Walters-Hinds, this program will assist risk managers, general counsel, and insurers in identifying potential nuclear cases, and will be informative for defense attorneys who are seeing increasing nuclear verdicts from juries manipulated by plaintiffs' attorneys.
