Gregory Tumolo to Present at RI SHRM Inaugural Employment Law Summit

Providence, R.I. (September 23, 2022) – Providence Partner Gregory Tumolo will present at the Employers Association of the Northeast (EANE) and the Rhode Island Society for Human Resource Management's (RI SHRM) first-ever Employment Law Summit, hosted at the Providence Marriott on October 27 from 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
In an informative 60-minute session beginning at 10:15 a.m., Mr. Tumolo and his co-presenter will provide an in-depth training for managers and supervisors on reasonable suspicion, to assist employers in the wake of the recent legalization of marijuana in Rhode Island. Attendees will leave this session with the tools and resources they will need to prepare for the legal sale of marijuana for adult recreational use in the Ocean State. The summit will culminate in a wide-ranging conversation with U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) Vice Chair Jocelyn Samuels.
