Charles Anderson to Speak at HarrisMartin Midwest Asbestos Litigation Conference

Madison County, Ill. (September 7, 2022) – Madison County Partner Charles S. Anderson will speak at the upcoming HarrisMartin Midwest Asbestos Litigation Conference, hosted at the Four Seasons Hotel in St. Louis on September 21.

In an informative 45-minute session at 1:15 p.m. CT titled “Depositions in Madison County Asbestos Cases,” Mr. Anderson will provide key rules to know and practice pointers for attendees. He will be joined by Judge Stephen Stobbs and attorney Steven Rineberg.

Mr. Anderson is a member of the Asbestos Litigation, Products Liability, and Toxic Tort & Environmental Litigation Practices. He has extensive experience litigating asbestos/products liability claims in Madison County and St. Louis, including preparing responses to written discovery, deposing parties, experts, other witnesses, and advising clients on strategies to achieve early and expedient dismissal.
