Christopher Espinosa is a partner in the Dallas office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability Practice.
Chris has experience practicing in all aspects and stages of complex, civil business litigation in both state and federal courts and has counseled corporate and private individuals alike in matters involving business torts, breach of contract claims, real estate litigation, fiduciary claims, and wrongful death.
Additionally, he has litigated a wide range of high-stakes, high-profile cases on behalf of individuals, companies, and sophisticated insurers in matters involving personal injury, property and casualty, bad faith, premises liability, and general commercial litigation.
In addition to litigation, Chris has advised and counseled architects, engineers, and other professionals on transactional and operational matters, including drafting and negotiating contracts, entity formation, mechanics' liens, and organizational issues.
Chris also has appellate experience, having handled appeals before the Texas appellate districts, the Texas Supreme Court, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
