Webinar Series: Accident Investigation II: Transportation

Pittsburgh Managing Partner Todd Gray, New York Partner Adam Schwartzstein and Tampa Partner Taylor McKnight will present on best practices for managing the accident investigation process in transportation cases. This program is a must-attend for insurance professionals, general counsel to motor carriers, and anyone else who regularly handles claims involving death or significant bodily injury arising from motor vehicle accidents.

Mr. Gray is a chair of the Transportation Practice of Lewis Brisbois. He specializes in defending catastrophic injury cases of all types, as well as, other cases with significant exposure in multiple jurisdictions. 

Mr. Schwartzstein is a vice-chair of the General Liability and Transportation Practices. His practice includes the defense of motor carriers, municipal bus operators, school bus companies, paratransit operators and livery companies. 

Mr. McKnight primarily represents private trucking companies, excess insurance carriers insuring motor carriers, freight brokers, and truck owners in matters involving catastrophic injuries and regulatory compliance. 

Ms. Holm is co-chair of the firm's Professional Liability Practice, and vice-chair of its Product Liability Practice. Her specialty is Trial Practice in Professional, General, Employment, Transportation and Product Liability matters. She moderates all sessions that are part of this General Webinar series by Lewis Brisbois.
