Alex Graft to Speak at Fall ABA National Legal Malpractice Conference

San Francisco, Calif. (August 11, 2022) – San Francisco Partner Alex A. Graft will speak at the upcoming American Bar Association (ABA) National Legal Malpractice Conference, hosted at Hyatt Regency in Bellevue, Washington on September 22 at 11:15 a.m. PT. 

In an informative 60-minute panel titled “Lawyers, Accountants, and Other Professionals (Oh My!),” Mr. Graft and his co-panelists will offer insights arising out of their defense of lawyers, accountants and other professional liability cases. The speakers will also highlight ways in which accounting firms have adapted to being frequent targets of litigation, and how law firms might be able to learn from these practices.  

Mr. Graft is a vice-chair of the Legal Malpractice Practice, and a member of the Professional Liability Practice. A Certified Specialist in Legal Malpractice Law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization, he has represented insurance agents and brokers, accountants, architects, real estate agents, and licensed security officers.
