Bill Helfand Appointed to AAA National Panels of Arbitrators, Mediators

Houston, Texas (August 8, 2022) - Houston and Salt Lake City Partner William S. Helfand was recently appointed to the American Arbitration Association (AAA) National Panel of Arbitrators and National Panel of Mediators.

AAA panels are comprised of accomplished attorneys with exceptional subject-matter expertise, as well as business owners and former federal and state judges. In addition to having deep expertise in the focused topics of their disciplines, AAA panelists are also required to take ongoing education in the art and science of arbitration.

"I am honored to join the American Arbitration Association National Panel of Arbitrators and National Panel of Mediators," said Mr. Helfand. "I look forward to serving as an arbitrator and mediator in Texas, Utah, and wherever else I may be assigned."

Mr. Helfand is a vice-chair of the Labor & Employment Practice. Having been called upon to handle cases of all types, including labor and employment, commercial litigation, civil rights, and public entity professional liability defense in over 175 jury trials and arbitrations, he has achieved remarkable success for many clients.
