New York Partners Meghan A. Cavalieri and Darrell J. Whiteley, and Walnut Creek Partner Matthew Zumstein present on accident investigations in construction matters. This program will be beneficial and informative for insurance professionals from coast to coast and all businesses involved in the construction industry.

Ms. Cavalieri is a partner in the New York office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability and Construction Practices. She also practices in the areas of Products Liability and Civil Rights, and specializes in the defense of cases involving the NY Labor Law and Section 1983 Constitutional claims involving Municipal Liability, False Arrest, Malicious Prosecution and Excessive Force and Wrongful Death.

Mr. Whiteley is a partner in Lewis Brisbois’ New York office, the co-chair of the national Construction Practice of Lewis Brisbois, and a co-chair of the OSHA Safety & Health Practice. He is regularly retained for trial by developers, contractors, property owners, construction managers, insurers and brokers to defend significant personal injury and property damage claims.

Mr. Zumstein is a member of the General Liability Practice. He is an experienced litigator who focuses his practice on civil litigation, and primarily represents business owners in all phases of litigation and pre-litigation alternative dispute resolution. 

Ms. Holm is co-chair of the firm's Professional Liability Practice, and vice-chair of its Product Liability Practice. Her specialty is Trial Practice in Professional, General, Employment, Transportation and Product Liability matters. She moderates all sessions that are part of this General Webinar series by Lewis Brisbois.
