San Diego/San Francisco Partner Brian Slome, Newark Partner & Vice-Chair of the Legal Malpractice and Professional Liability Practices Meredith Kaplan Stoma, and Phoenix/Los Angeles Partner & Firmwide Assistant General Counsel Jessica L. Beckwith will present a program on how to handle problematic clients and insureds. This program will be beneficial and informative for insurance professionals and counsel.

Mr. Slome is a member of the firm's Professional Liability Practice. He focuses his practice on the defense of attorneys and other professionals, including insurance agents and brokers, architects and engineers, real estate agents and inspectors.

Ms. Stoma is vice chair of the firm's Legal Malpractice and Professional Liability Practices and has substantial and wide-ranging experience in defending all types of professionals – including attorneys, accountants, architects, engineers, insurance producers and real estate agents and brokers – in professional malpractice actions through all phases of litigation in New Jersey and the New York metropolitan area. 

Ms. Beckwith is vice chair of the the firm' Public Agency & Municipal Law Practice. Her practice is focused on attorney regulation and ethics as well as public agency and municipal law. Ms. Beckwith has extensive experience representing and counseling clients in a variety of administrative proceedings, local agency formation issues, government tort claims/notices of claims, and public records requests and litigation.

Ms. Holm is co-chair of the firm's Professional Liability Practice, and vice-chair of its Product Liability Practice. Her specialty is Trial Practice in Professional, General, Employment, Transportation and Product Liability matters. She moderates all sessions that are part of this General Webinar series by Lewis Brisbois.
