Nicole Zerunyan is an associate in the Dallas office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of both the General Liability Practice and the Labor & Employment Practice.

As a member of the General Liability practice, Nicole concentrates on the defense of clients in premises liability, construction defect, oilfield accident cases, wrongful death, as well as automobile and trucking accidents. As a member of the Labor & Employment Practice, Nicole defends employers in matters involving harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and FMLA / leave of absence.

Nicole routinely handles every aspect of litigation cases including pre-suit investigations, discovery, fact and expert witness depositions, motion practice, trial preparation, and alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration. Nicole handles cases before federal and state administrative agencies including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Texas Workforce Commission Civil Rights Division as well as in state and federal courts across Texas.

Nicole is licensed to practice in the State of Texas, Illinois, and in the District of Columbia.
