Kim Zhang is a mid-level associate in the Atlanta office and a member of the General Liability, Toxic Tort & Environmental Litigation, and Environment, Land, & Natural Resources Law Practices. Her practice includes managing legal issues associated with hazardous waste sites or facilities under RCRA, CERCLA, and litigating environmental claims regarding state tort claims, erosion controls, hazardous waste (RCRA/CERCLA), water pollution and Clean Water Act regulation and natural resources. She is certified with Georgia Soil & Water Conservation Commission (level 1A) to work on best management practices for erosion controls. Prior to joining Lewis Brisbois, she was an associate at a boutique litigation firm in Atlanta. She defended clients in a variety of legal matters, including commercial litigation, premises liability, defamation, business divorce, and contract dispute. She has extensive experience handling complicated cross-border business disputes.
Kim Zhang is enthusiastic about outdoor activities including climbing, scuba diving, hiking, camping, and skiing.
