Lauren Motola-Davis to Join Strafford Webinar on Remote Employee Workers' Compensation Claims

Providence Managing Partner Lauren Motola-Davis will present a live webinar hosted by Strafford on July 6 at 1:00 p.m. ET, titled "Remote Employees and Workers' Compensation Claims: OSHA Requirements, Documenting Injuries, State Regulation."   

Providence, R.I. (June 7, 2022) – Providence Managing Partner Lauren Motola-Davis will present a live webinar hosted by Strafford on July 6 at 1:00 p.m. ET, titled "Remote Employees and Workers' Compensation Claims: OSHA Requirements, Documenting Injuries, State Regulation."   

During the 90-minute program, Ms. Motola-Davis and her co-presenters will share advice for in-house counsel on establishing policies for remote employees in order to mitigate the risks of workers' compensation claims. The panel will also discuss best practices to mitigate risks, how to comply with various state requirements, and what documentation of injuries will be necessary for both insurance and OSHA compliance purposes. CLE credits are available. 

Ms. Motola-Davis is a co-chair of Lewis Brisbois' Workers’ Compensation Practice. She has decades of trial practice and civil litigation experience representing insurance companies, insureds, and self-insureds in a broad range of subject matters including admiralty, employment discrimination, personal injury, and workers’ compensation matters.
