Jonathan Pink, Rip Beyman, Tommy Brooks to Present Webinar on Legal & Business Aspects of NFTs

Los Angeles, Calif. (June 2, 2022) - Los Angeles Partner Jonathan Pink will moderate an upcoming Lewis Brisbois webinar on the legal and business aspects of non-fungible tokens (NFTs) on June 7 at 12:00 p.m. PT. He will be joined by a panel of special guests involved in music, art, animation, and technology, including New York Entertainment Law Partner Rip Beyman and Washington, D.C. Partner Thomas A. Brooks.

Guest speakers on this panel, titled "NFTs Boom or Bust: A Beginner’s Guide to the New Gold Rush," include BMG Vice President of Business & Legal Affairs Colton McGee, HornBook Ink Creative Director Ernie Cefalu, Bardel Entertainment CEO Rick Mischel, and NetObjex CEO Raghu Bala (instrumental in the development of the Metaverse strategy for NetObjex, including its purchase of land and construction of a Metaverse building).

Mr. Beyman is a Vice-Chair of the firm's Entertainment, Media & Sports Practice. He regularly counsels producer clients in strategic planning and negotiation, from rights acquisition through development to financing, production, and distribution. He also represents and negotiates agreements on behalf of creative talent, artists, and executives. 

Mr. Brooks is a member of the firm's Banking & Finance, Corporate, Commercial Lending, and the Securities and Corporate Finance Practices.
