New York Partners Jeffrey Gaylord and Carrie Turner, and Las Vegas Partner Josh Cole Aicklen will discuss existing and pending legislation that regulates social media and its use, the claims that may arise from the hosting and use of social media, and the various insurance coverages potentially implicated. They will also analyze social media and its use during litigation, with recommendations on discovery and trial strategies. This program will be beneficial and informative for all insurance professionals, as social media impacts virtually all insurance coverages, from General Liability to D&O, EPL to Cyber, and more.

Mr. Gaylord is a co-chair of the Directors & Officers Coverage Practice. He has over 20 years of experience counseling leading insurance companies, as well as corporations and their directors and officers, with respect to directors and officers liability in connection with securities class actions and derivative actions, financial institutions liability, professional liability, including lawyers and accountants, business interruption and general liability.

Ms. Turner is a member of the Directors & Officers and Securities Litigation, Data Privacy & Cybersecurity, Insurance Coverage, and Insurance Law Practices. She has over 12 years of experience counseling leading insurance companies and litigating a wide variety of insurance and general commercial litigation claims.

Mr. Aicklen is chair of the firm's national Hospitality Practice. He has almost 30 years of experience litigating cases in the Nevada and California State and Federal courts. Mr. Aicklen practices in the areas of hospitality litigation and works with local and national hospitality clients in all aspects of claims of premises liability, food service and against grocery and retail stores.

Ms. Holm is co-chair of the Professional Liability Practice, and vice-chair of the Product Liability Practice. Her specialty is Trial Practice in Professional, General, Employment, Transportation and Product Liability matters. She moderates all sessions that are part of this General Webinar series by Lewis Brisbois.
