Los Angeles Partner Gregory G. Lynch, Newark Administrative Partner Malinda “Mindy” Miller (co-chairs of our National Healthcare Practice) and Hartford Managing Partner Angeline N. Ioannou will present their strategies for navigating the mediation process through the murky waters of today’s post-COVID virtual/in-person formats to achieve a successful outcome. This program will be beneficial and informative for healthcare professionals, administrators, and risk management/claims executives.
Mr. Lynch is a Co-Chair of the National Healthcare and Medical Malpractice Practice Groups. He has over thirty-five years experience in the representation of healthcare practitioners, healthcare institutions and healthcare systems.
Ms. Miller is a chair of the Healthcare, Medical Malpractice and Long-Term Care & Elder Law Practices. She has a depth of experience in the defense of long-term care and assisted living facilities, and has represented numerous facilities in claims involving falls, decubitus ulcers, elopement, medication errors, abuse/neglect, dehydration/malnutrition, contract and fraud based claims obtaining successful results through all phases of litigation.
Ms. Ioannou is a member of the Healthcare and General Liability Practices. She has more than 20 years of litigation experience and splits her practice between handling healthcare matters and defending complex tort and commercial liability claims involving wrongful death and catastrophic injuries.
Ms. Holm is co-chair of the Professional Liability Practice, and vice-chair of the Product Liability Practice. Her specialty is Trial Practice in Professional, General, Employment, Transportation and Product Liability matters. She moderates all sessions that are part of this General Webinar series by Lewis Brisbois.
