Sarandos Markopoulos is an associate in the Boston office of Lewis Brisbois. He focuses his practice on complex civil litigation in a variety of distinct practice areas such as employment litigation, business litigation, shareholder/governance disputes, insurance/tort litigation, and professional liability matters such as the representation of architects, engineers, and other design professionals.

Sarandos is committed to delivering results that help clients achieve their business objectives. He understands that effective advocacy involves not only a deep understanding of the law, but also advising on the strength of claims and defenses, and methods for seeking relief in alternative dispute resolution forums such as arbitration and mediation.

Sarandos is a graduate of Boston College and Boston College Law School.

As an undergraduate, he earned his B.A. in both Political Science (Honors Designation) and English. While at Boston College Law School, Sarandos participated in a year-long Externship with the Administrative Law Division of the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office.

In his spare time, Sarandos enjoys learning about legal matters related to blockchain and distributed ledger technologies such as governance, ICO’s, NFT’s, custodial wallets, centralized/decentralized exchanges, and regulatory compliance.
