Maxine Faisant is licensed in the state of Washington and practices in the Lewis Brisbois office in Seattle. She is also an associate in the Hartford office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Medical Malpractice and Long-Term Care Practices. 

Maxine Faisant attended Washington State University and Western Washington University for her undergraduate education where she majored in Humanities and Social Sciences. She subsequently relocated to Connecticut to attend the University of Connecticut School of Law. During her studies at UConn law, Maxine received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for her achievement in the study of Food Law and Policy, as well as the National Association of Women Lawyers 2021 Outstanding Law Student Award. While in Law school, Maxine worked for several plaintiff's law firms focused in person injury and employment discrimination, as well as foreclosure litigation and civil rights.

Following graduation, Maxine worked for Hartford law firm focusing in person injury, employment discrimination and workers' compensation. She subsequently worked for a prominent West Hartford law firm where she focused her practice primarily in workers' compensation.
