Francis Pileggi, Cheneise Wright to Present Strafford Webinar on Enforceability of Settlement Agreements

Wilmington, Del. (April 12, 2022) – Wilmington Managing Partner Francis G.X. Pileggi and Associate Cheneise V. Wright will present a live Strafford webinar on settlement agreements at 1:00 p.m. ET on May 24.  

Mr. Pileggi and Ms. Wright will discuss the enforceability of agreements that contemplate more definitive contracts, following the Delaware Supreme Court opinion in Cox Communications Inc. v. T-Mobile Inc. This 90-minute panel will highlight Delaware Type I and Type II agreements and the consequences of failing to include key terms in interim settlement agreements. CLE credits will be available. 

Mr. Pileggi is a member of Lewis Brisbois’ Complex Business & Commercial Litigation Practice. He focuses primarily on high-stakes disputes of corporations, stockholders, members of boards of directors, members, and managers of LLCs, and those with managerial or ownership interests in other forms of entities. Ms. Wright is also a member of the Complex Business & Commercial Litigation Practice.
