Webinar Series: TBI & Lifecare Plans

Orange County, Calif. (April 4, 2022) - Lewis Brisbois is pleased to present our next webinar of 2022, "TBI & Lifecare Plans", taking place Thursday, April 21 at 12:00 p.m. ET.

Houston Managing Partner David Oubre and New York Partner Alecia Walters-Hinds will discuss how to distinguish between real and fake claims of traumatic brain injury (TBI). The panelists will review the uses and misuses of imaging studies and how to address these issues in jury trials. Additionally, this webinar will cover some of the approaches to dealing with a multimillion-dollar lifecare plan. This program will be beneficial and informative for companies and insurance professionals handling TBI claims and/or large lifecare plans in any form of personal injury case.

Mr. Oubre is a member of the General Liability and Transportation Practices. He handles cases throughout the state of Texas, and over the course of his 25-year career, he has tried 104 jury cases to verdict. 

Mr. Walters-Hinds is a vice-chair of the General Liability Practice. She specializes in the handling of high exposure and catastrophic injuries that range from general liability to medical malpractice claims.  

Ms. Holm is co-chair of the Professional Liability Practice, and vice-chair of the Product Liability Practice. Her specialty is Trial Practice in Professional, General, Employment, Transportation and Product Liability matters. She moderates all sessions that are part of this General Webinar series by Lewis Brisbois.
