This event is planned in partnership with the California Governor’s Office of Business and Economic Development, and the U.S. Commercial Service in China. 

Atlanta, Ga. (March 30, 2022) – Atlanta IP Litigation Partner Joshua D. Curry will speak at an upcoming City of Sacramento China Trade Office webinar on intellectual property protection, hosted on April 6 at 6:00 p.m. PT. This event is planned in partnership with the California Governor’s Office of Business and Economic Development, and the U.S. Commercial Service in China. 

In this informative session titled “IP Protection Session for US Exporters,” Mr. Curry and his co-panelists will provide a better understanding of intellectual property issues and considerations for American exporters and business owners. The event seeks to promote trade cooperation between California and Chinese enterprises in medical care, food processing, and personal care, by explaining the laws and cases of intellectual property protection related to China-U.S. international trade for California export enterprises who will attend the 2022 California - China Virtual Trade Mission.  

Mr. Curry is vice-chair of Lewis Brisbois' Intellectual Property & Technology Practice. He serves as lead counsel in patent, intellectual property, and technology litigation cases and is a registered patent attorney. An experienced litigator with a physics degree and considerable technical expertise, Mr. Curry helps clients effectively achieve their business goals when enforcing and defending their IP rights.
