Xavier Calvachi is an associate in the San Diego office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability Practice. Xavier previously worked as a Workers' Compensation defense attorney where he defended insurance carriers, third-party administrators, and self-insured employers in various areas of state workers' compensation law. Xavier has also worked as a plaintiff's attorney for a boutique employment law firm specializing in wage and hour class actions, PAGA representative actions, and individual actions involving wrongful termination, discrimination, and harassment.

Xavier attended California Western School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor degree in 2018. While at California Western, Xavier was on the Dean's Honor List and earned an American Excellence award for receiving the highest mark in his Legal Research and Writing class. Additionally, in 2021, Xavier earned his LLM in Taxation degree from the University of San Diego School of Law.
