Daniel Lagosh, Jr. is a partner in the Boston office of Lewis Brisbois. As a member of the Professional Liability Group, Daniel focuses his trial practice on the defense of general liability and professional liability matters that include design professionals, lawyers, accountants, and other professionals. Daniel also represents parties involved in business litigation, complex commercial litigation disputes, and construction litigation. Daniel has an extensive background in insurance defense matters and often engages in alternative dispute resolution including mediation, arbitration, and settlement negotiations. Prior to joining Lewis Brisbois, he was a litigation associate for several Boston area law firms. Daniel has handled collection matters and other banking issues involving litigation in district, superior, and probate and family courts. Daniel has been lead counsel on cases involving criminal defense, family law, immigration, real estate, bankruptcy, landlord/tenant, wills and estates, and personal injury.
