She also has 6+ years of experience defending a credit reporting agency against individual consumer claims arising under the Fair Credit Reporting Act in various courts (including federal and state claims). She also has 10+ years of E-discovery experience defending major automobile manufacturers & major pharmaceutical companies in high-profile multi-district litigation involving several hundred lawsuits across the United States.
