Tony Sain to Present at PARMA Annual Conference & Expo on Cross-Exam Survival Training
Los Angeles Trial Partner Tony M. Sain will present a session at the Public Agency Risk Management Association's (PARMA) Annual Risk Management Conference & Expo on February 28 at 2:00 p.m. PT at the Disneyland Hotel in Anaheim.
Los Angeles, Calif. (January 5, 2022) – Los Angeles Trial Partner Tony M. Sain will present a session at the upcoming Public Agency Risk Management Association (PARMA) Annual Risk Management Conference & Expo on February 28 at 2:00 p.m. PT at the Disneyland Hotel in Anaheim.
In an informative 75-minute session titled “Reducing the Risk of Testimony: Cross-Exam Survival Skills for Deposition & Trial,” Mr. Sain will teach beginners how to be more effective defense witnesses and will teach experienced courtroom veterans how to become star witnesses. With extensive review of the standard cross-exam “mind tricks” of attorneys, he will teach attendees how to overcome witness exam traps while presenting an effective case for the defense. CLE credits are available.
