Christine Reed Elected President of Monterey County Bar Association

San Francisco Partner Christine B. Reed was recently elected President of the Monterey County Bar Association (MCBA) for the 2022-2023 year.

San Francisco, Calif. (December 13, 2021) – San Francisco Partner Christine B. Reed was recently elected President of the Monterey County Bar Association (MCBA) for the 2022-2023 year. She was presented with the honor by outgoing President Peter Brazil at the MCBA annual meeting and Lewis L. Fenton Award for Excellence in Advocacy presentation on December 10, 2021. 

“I love my community and want to give back in the ways I can," said Ms. Reed on the nomination. "I am honored to as serve as the Monterey County Bar Association president for the 2022/23 term.”

Ms. Reed is a member of the General Liability Practice, with over 26 years of experience in public entity defense, construction, employment, and civil litigation defense. A resident of Monterey County, she is a professor at the Monterey College of Law, and a member of the Monterey County Joint Committee on the Elimination of Bias and the Monterey County JNE committee.
