Steven Beer to Moderate Panel on Crowdfunding for Film

New York, N.Y. (November 5, 2021) - New York Partner and a National Chair of Lewis Brisbois’ Entertainment, Media & Sports Practice Steven C. Beer will moderate a virtual panel discussion titled "Crowdfunding for Film" on November 9 at 7:00 p.m. ET, hosted by the Florence Belsky Charitable Foundation.

During this informative 90-minute discussion, Mr. Beer and the panelists - a filmmaker and a crowdfunding expert - will share best practices and success strategies in crowdfunding for the film industry. In addition to donation-based campaigns, the conversation will also include equity-based crowdfunding initiatives.

Mr. Beer represents industry-leading film, television, and music companies, and has acted as counsel to numerous award-winning writers, directors, producers, and multi-platinum musical artists. He regularly negotiates rights deals for film and television projects.
