Jim Hailey to Present at DCA Fall Seminar on Risk Transfers

New Orleans, La. (November 4, 2021) - New Orleans Partner James W. Hailey, III will speak at the upcoming Dallas Claims Association (DCA) Fall Seminar on navigating risk transfers. This all-day seminar will take place on November 17 from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Corky's Gaming Bistro in Grapevine, Texas.

In his informative presentation, titled "Recognizing Risk Transfer Opportunities,” Mr. Hailey will discuss the goals of risk transfers and the types of cases that present these opportunities. He will also explain how to identify key parties and non-parties, how to locate contracts for initial investigation, and the triggers and statutory limits on contractual indemnification.
