Sarah Estephan is an associate in the Orange County office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Data Privacy & Cybersecurity practice.

After receiving a bachelor's degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, Sarah attended the University of San Francisco School of Law where she served as a staff member on the University of San Francisco Law Review.

Before joining Lewis Brisbois, Sarah worked in-house for several San Francisco and Los Angeles-based SaaS startups and provided counsel on compliance with legislation, such as the GDPR, CCPA, CPRA, and other data privacy legislation. She also has experience managing corporate compliance and privacy programs as well as drafting and implementing data privacy and cybersecurity policies and procedures.
