Heather Hampstead is an associate in the Phoenix office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability Practice.

Heather is an experienced litigation attorney assisting clients with administrative proceedings in addition to litigation in state and federal courts in Arizona and New Mexico. Heather’s legal experience includes working with clients on commercial litigation, construction defect, premises liability, professional liability, indemnity issues, and labor & employment matters. Her insurance defense experience spans from construction defect to premises liability and personal injury defense. Heather is licensed in Arizona and New Mexico.

Before attending law school Heather served in the United States Air Force, both active duty and reserves as a security forces member. Post 9-11, Heather was deployed to several state-side military bases in support of Operation Nobel Eagle and to Karshi-Khanabad air base in Uzbekistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.
