Eric Bradley is a partner in the Orange County office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the firm’s General Liability Practice. He has more than two decades of experience defending catastrophic personal injury matters. Mr. Bradley has handled a wide array of cases throughout his career, with an emphasis on matters involving traumatic brain injuries (TBI), spine injuries, and complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS).

Prior to joining Lewis Brisbois, Mr. Bradley led the catastrophic personal injury division of an insurance defense firm. In this role, he managed all alleged TBI and complex injury cases, which included retaining experts, taking depositions of key witnesses, and providing overall case evaluations. Moreover, because Mr. Bradley devoted the first 10 years of his practice to defending hospitals, doctors, and medical groups against malpractice claims, he developed a deep understanding of medicine as it relates to personal injury claims. Mr. Bradley’s practice also includes the litigation of matters involving motor vehicle, trucking, industrial, premises liability, products liability, toxic tort, and uninsured motor vehicle claims.

Mr. Bradley received his law degree from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law, where he earned American Jurisprudence awards in two Legal Writing classes as well as in a Legal Drafting course. He is admitted to practice in California.
