Carley Faucheux is an associate in the New Orleans office of Lewis Brisbois and is a member of the Insurance Law, First Party Property, and General Liability Practices. Ms. Faucheux has litigation experience in a wide variety of legal matters including general liability, tort and property damage claims, trucking and transportation claims, personal injury defense, general premise liability, auto accident claims, first and third-party insurance claims, bad faith litigation, municipal defense, and flood insurance defense representing a wide number of “Write Your Own” insurance carriers under the National Flood Insurance Program.
Ms. Faucheux received a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies from Louisiana State University in 2014 where she graduated magna cum laude and received the Most Outstanding College Council Member Award and LSU Humanities and Social Sciences Advisory Council Scholarship for her service as Events Liaison/Secretary of the Humanities and Social Sciences College Council. Ms. Faucheux received her Juris Doctor/Graduate Diploma in Comparative Law and Graduate Certificate in Energy Law and Policy from Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center in 2017 where she graduated cum laude and served as President of the International Law Society and Cheer Captain of the Barrister's Bowl Charity Event. Ms. Faucheux was a Chancellor's Scholar and was on the Chancellor's List.
Ms. Faucheux is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association and is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Louisiana.
