Josh Curry to Moderate GIPA Corporate IP Institute Panel on Effective Patent Litigation

Atlanta Partner Joshua D. Curry will moderate a virtual panel on effective strategy for litigating patent disputes at the Georgia Intellectual Property Alliance (GIPA) Corporate IP Institute on October 19 at 3:10 p.m. ET.  

Atlanta, Ga. (September 22, 2021) – Atlanta Partner Joshua D. Curry will moderate a virtual panel on effective strategy for litigating patent disputes at the Georgia Intellectual Property Alliance (GIPA) Corporate IP Institute on October 19 at 3:10 p.m. ET.  

In a 60-minute session, Mr. Curry will moderate a discussion on litigating intellectual property cases at the International Trade Commission (ITC), which hears patent disputes and can issue orders barring the importation of infringing goods into the United States. The expert panel, which includes two experienced IP attorneys, will discuss effective strategies for litigating these disputes, including in parallel with Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) proceedings and after the ITC case in district court.
