Steven Beer, Rip Beyman to Discuss NFTs at Florence Belsky Charitable Foundation Panel

New York Partner Steven Beer will moderate a virtual panel discussion, hosted by the Florence Belsky Charitable Foundation, on how artists can use non-fungible tokens (NFTs) to monetize their work. The event, which begins at 4:00 p.m. ET on September 21, will also feature New York Partner Richard "Rip" Beyman as a panelist, along with two NFT entrepreneurs.

New York, N.Y. (September 14, 2021) – New York Partner Steven Beer will moderate a virtual panel discussion, hosted by the Florence Belsky Charitable Foundation, on how artists can use non-fungible tokens (NFTs) to monetize their work. The event, which begins at 4:00 p.m. ET on September 21, will also feature New York Partner Richard "Rip" Beyman as a panelist, along with two NFT entrepreneurs.

During this 90-minute discussion, the panelists will focus on the rapid rise of NFTs and transactions involving artists selling their digital works. They will give their thoughts on how creators should approach NFTs in connection with their work, what considerations they need to take, and the emerging role of blockchain technology in facilitating and monetizing creative expression. 

The Florence Belsky Charitable Foundation is an educational and networking non-profit with the goal of connecting professionals in the arts and empowering them to share ideas with each other. 

Mr. Beer is a National Chair of Lewis Brisbois' Entertainment, Media & Sports Practice, and focuses his practice on film, television, and music matters.
