Rachel Lee to Join Pete Fowler Construction Webinar Discussing Parenthood and Careers

Los Angeles, Calif. (September 14, 2021) - Los Angeles Partner Rachel Lee will join the Pete Fowler Construction Company for a webinar titled “Parenthood vs. Career In Law, Construction, & Insurance,” taking place September 22 at 10:00 a.m. PT.  

Ms. Lee and her co-panelists will discuss their personal experiences balancing parenthood and their careers in law, construction, and insurance. They will talk about the pressure in these professions, particularly for women, LGBTQ parents, and single fathers, to be a “model employee” in their respective industries despite their additional responsibilities at home.  

Ms. Lee is vice-chair of the Labor & Employment Practice, and has substantial experience representing employers in litigation matters, including wrongful termination, employment discrimination, retaliation, harassment and wage and hour issues, including class action defense. She also provides preventative employment counseling to clients regarding employment contracts, employee privacy rights, reductions in force, terminations, employee discipline and investigations into employee complaints.
